Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive who can generate leads, visit clients on-site, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the fintech/payments space and a passion for helping businesses grow through innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, digital campaigns, and local market research. Client Visits: Travel to potential clients' offices to pitch Paywize's services and conduct product demos (Payment Gateway, POS, UPI, etc.). Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and terms, handle objections, and close leads efficiently. CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions, pipeline status, and follow-ups using internal systems. Market Feedback: Provide insights from the field to help improve service offerings and customer experience.

Payment Gateway Integration for websites and mobile apps POS Machines for physical stores and service businesses QR Code & UPI-based Payment Solutions Payout Services for businesses and aggregators Subscription Billing and Smart Invoicing solutions
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, or payments industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with travel and on-ground meetings Self-motivated, target-oriented, and go-getter attitude Basic understanding of digital payments and e-commerce workflows is a plus Fluency in English and local language
