Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage sales activities in the Jalgaon region. Generate new business through field visits, networking, and client meetings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Guide and support junior sales executives in achieving their goals. Track market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:



Graduation mandatory. 2-4 years of experience in field sales (BFSI/Insurance/Banking preferred). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle client queries and provide effective solutions.
