Key Responsibilities:



1.

International Flight Ticketing:


Manage bookings for individual and group travelers on routes between India, the USA, and Canada using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).

2.

Client Consultation & Advisory:


Understand client requirements and suggest the best travel options based on budget, preferences, and visa status.

3.

Complex Itinerary Management:


Plan and book multi-city, multi-airline, and open-jaw itineraries efficiently and accurately.

4.

Post-Sales Support:


Handle modifications, cancellations, reissues, and refunds in accordance with airline policies and client needs.

5.

Fare Construction & Optimization:


Utilize knowledge of fare rules, consolidator fares, and special airline offers to provide cost-effective travel solutions.

6.

Customer Relationship Management:


Build long-term relationships by offering excellent service and proactively following up on leads and repeat clients.

7.

Compliance & Documentation:


Ensure travelers are informed of passport, visa, health, and regulatory requirements for their destination countries.

8.

Collaboration & Coordination:


Work closely with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth booking and travel processes.

9.

Training & Leadership:


Guide and support junior consultants or ticketing agents as needed, sharing knowledge and best practices.

10.

Market Awareness:


Stay updated with airline changes, industry developments, route expansions, and pricing trends.
