An Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities through remote communication channels like phone, email, and online Social platforms. They manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identifying and researching potential customers (leads), assessing their needs and interest, and determining if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
Engaging with potential clients to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings, often through online presentations or product demonstrations.
Closing Sales and Achieving Targets:
Negotiating pricing and terms, handling objections, and closing sales agreements to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
CRM Management:
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress within a CRM system.
Collaboration:
Working closely with other members of the sales team, as well as marketing and customer service, to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
