Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify and develop new customer leads through field visits, references, and marketing activities. Promote company products and explain product features, benefits, and schemes to potential clients. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collect feedback and communicate client needs or issues to the Branch Manager.

Market Expansion

Conduct area mapping and identify potential routes and business centers. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events as directed by management.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and follow-ups in prescribed formats/software. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to reporting heads. Ensure all documents related to sales and customer onboarding are collected and verified properly.

Team Coordination

Work closely with the Branch Manager, Business Development Executives, and Collection Team for smooth operations. Support the team in achieving overall branch and regional sales goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
