Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in jewellery sales to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of consistently achieving high sales targets, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to drive new customer acquisition. Experience in reputed jewellery or luxury retail companies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets of ?2 Crores or more (Per month).
• Generate and convert new leads to grow the customer base.
• Drive in-store and personal client conversions with a high closure rate.
• Provide excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable product options.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge across various jewellery categories.
• Maintain a high level of personal grooming and professionalism.
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and deep knowledge of current market trends.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet store targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery sales.
• Must have worked with reputed/renowned jewellery or luxury retail brands.
• Strong ability in customer relationship building and sales conversion.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local regional language (as per location).
• Good interpersonal skills, confident, and proactive in approach.
• Knowledge of local market preferences and customer behaviors is a must.
