We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for field sales activities, lead conversion, client handling, and achieving sales targets for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through site visits, calls, and walk-ins
Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements
Pitch real estate projects and conduct site visits
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in Field Sales / Real Estate Sales
Lead Generation & Closing capabilities
Knowledge of B2C / B2B sales
Ability to work on targets and incentives
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
Customer-focused and result-driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
