Lead property sales for residential/commercial projects
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, channel partners, and networking
Handle client inquiries, property presentations, and site visits
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead conversion
Monitor real estate market trends and competitor activities
Handling inbound/outbound calls to generate quality leads
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2+ years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
