Role Overview



The Senior Sales Officer will lead and grow the sales performance for stone cladding, carved panels, murals, and custom highlighter walls. The role involves handling premium customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and retail customers while achieving monthly sales targets.

You must have strong communication, product knowledge, and closing skills--along with the ability to manage long sales cycles and project-based inquiries.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Identify and generate new leads through field visits, digital inquiries, architect networks, and site visits. Present Earthstona's product portfolio: natural stone cladding, CNC carving panels, stone murals, custom highlighter walls, and backlit stone concepts. Handle complete sales cycle--from inquiry, site measurement support, design explanation, quotation, negotiation, to order finalization. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.

Client Relationship Management



Build strong relationships with

architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders

. Provide design suggestions and material guidance based on project requirements. Maintain regular follow-up with clients until installation stage. Offer excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Product & Market Knowledge



Understand various stone types: sandstone, marble, limestone, granite, mosaics, CNC carvings, murals, textured stone, etc. Stay updated with market trends, competitor pricing, and new design developments. Educate clients on stone maintenance, durability, shade variations, and installation methods.

Reporting & Coordination



Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates. Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams for delivery commitments. Maintain CRM records, lead tracking, follow-up schedules, and closure status.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum

3-5 years

experience in sales of building materials, interior products, tiles, stones, or architectural products. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle premium clients and high-value orders (?1-5 lakh+). Knowledge of drawings, sizes, and basic project understanding is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field visits. Proficiency in WhatsApp, calls, CRM, email, and digital communication.
