Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals.
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Provide mentorship and support to junior sales team members, as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a senior or B2B capacity.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the sales process.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
