o Generate leads through field visits, BTL activities, referrals, and follow-ups.

CRM & Database Management:
o Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM.
o Update and track lead progress daily to meet sales KPIs.

Product Knowledge:
o Stay informed about all vehicle models, pricing, features, financing, and current offers.
o Confidently address customer queries and objections over calls.
4.
Customer Support & Coordination:
o Coordinate with field teams for test rides, deliveries, and documentation.
o Ensure smooth post-sale customer experience.
5.
Target Achievement:
o Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
o Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and feedback.
6.
BTL & Local Marketing
o Participate in local promotions, canopy activations, and community outreach to increase visibility.
o Distribute marketing materials and collect leads during campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or BPO (EV/automobile sector preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer and CRM handling skills
