Position Overview:


We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in

interior design, construction, or building materials sales

, preferably in interior design solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the woodworking/interior design/engineering sectors. Manage existing client accounts and maintain long-term business relationships. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.

Key Account Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, architects, designers, builders, and corporate buyers.

Team Leadership:


Lead, mentor, and train the sales team; monitor performance and provide guidance to meet individual and team targets.

Target Achievement:


Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; monitor and analyse performance metrics.

CRM & Reporting:


Manage customer data and sales pipeline via CRM tools; prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Cross-Functional Coordination:


Work closely with marketing, production, and design teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience

in sales, preferably in

engineering, woodworking, furniture manufacturing, or interior design industries

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them effectively to clients. Proficiency in MS Office. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel as required.
