We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team at
RHP Group of Companies
, Haridwar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling sales activities, lead generation, and client communication -- preferably in the
cosmetics, herbal, or personal care industry
.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming and outgoing sales calls
and maintain effective communication with clients.
Generate new leads
from the Indian market through calls, emails, and other digital platforms.
Maintain and update customer databases, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into orders.
Coordinate with the marketing and production teams for order processing and client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and share sales reports and updates with management.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities within the cosmetics and herbal industry.
Have a strong knowledge of cosmetics, herbal, and related products
to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
Demonstrate good product understanding
to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
2-3 years of relevant experience
in sales, preferably in the cosmetics/herbal/personal care industry.
Candidates having prior experience or exposure in
R&D (Research & Development)
of cosmetics or herbal products will be
strongly preferred
.
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
(both verbal and written).
Good computer skills - proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and CRM tools.
Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and a good team player.

Commensurate with experience and industry standards
