Job Summary Tetra Pak - South Asia Markets (SAM) is working closely as a processing and packaging solutions partner with many private and cooperative-sector organizations, including leading local and multinational food companies in South Asia (India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka). The Senior Sales Executive role is based out of Gurgaon office and the person will be responsible for Sales of Processing Key Components and Modules in Northern region of SAM. The person responsible will use his/ her technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide customer solution and support on a range of products. Sales executive will be key point of contact for our customers and provide them with the support on sales of new equipment. It requires to collaborate regularly with other members of the sales team and colleagues from a other departments to successful hand over of the sales. Support Sales Leader/Key Account Director to drive sustainable profitable growth. Customer/Account Management activities delegated by Sales Leader/Key Account Director Degree from relevant industry (Food/ Dairy) Dairy Technology, Dair Engg, Food Tech is mandatory What you will do The successful candidate will be responsible for: . Driving sales of Processing Key Components and Module in the specified geography to meet budget numbers . Engage with existing and potential customers to build opportunity pipeline and make a 3 year growth plan . Able to handle the process and compliances related to equipment sales In this position, you will have the opportunity to: . Interface with customers to establish and maintain continuous positive relationships . Sell Key components & Modules for Processing Equipment . Onboarding of new clients who are looking for products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions . Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements . Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery . Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs We believe you have 6+ years in related role with knowledge of Food Processing Business - Sales Management . Bachelor\'s Degree from relevant industry (Food/ Dairy) Dairy Technology, Dair Engg, Food Tech is mandatory . Minimum 6 to 8 years\' experience in a sales/ technical role . Basic knowledge of dairy or ice cream industry, Automation - PLC, automation platform will be preferred . Deep technical knowledge of Dairy and liquid food processing technology including aseptic processing . Strong communication skills and leadership skills . Good understanding of the financial aspects of business . Capability to develop and nurture networks . Analytical, strategic, decisive approach . Good command of English language is necessary. . Sales skills . Sound judgement and good business sense . Organizational skills . Teamworking capability . Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively . Analytical and problem-solving skills . Resilience and tenacity . Independence and self-reliance Other requisites: .
