Senior Sales Executive

Job Description

Role Objective: To drive B2B sales for battery manufacturing and energy storage solutions by understanding client requirements, coordinating with engineering teams, and closing project-based orders. Should have depth understanding of energy market and the sales partnerships with new vendors.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage sales opportunities with battery manufacturers, EV companies, and energy storage firms - Understand battery manufacturing processes and infrastructure requirements - Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams for customized solutions - Prepare techno-commercial proposals and presentations - Manage long sales cycles involving technical discussions and approvals - Build long-term relationships with plant heads, engineering, and procurement teams -Able to negotiate and generate sales with sales partners. -Ability to grow the company sales performance

Required Skills & Experience: - 2-3 years of experience in B2B technical or industrial sales - Exposure to battery manufacturing, EV, energy, or industrial equipment preferred - Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and processes - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits - Ability to understand drawings and layouts - Strong communication and negotiation skills -English will have added advantag
