Position: Senior Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 5-8 Years
Location: Greater Noida
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in residential real estate sales
Strong channel partner network and broker relations in the NCR region
Proven record of achieving and exceeding monthly & quarterly sales targets
In-depth understanding of Noida and Greater Noida real estate markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hands-on experience in conducting client meetings, site visits, and deal closures
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined professional with a growth mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads for premium residential projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and direct clients
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client follow-ups
Drive sales closures and achieve individual revenue targets
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and events
Maintain accurate sales reports and client data in the CRM system
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referral sales
