Lead Management & Prospecting
- Manage and respond to leads generated from multiple sources (digital marketing, property portals, walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, events) through the company CRM.
- Perform timely follow-ups, lead qualification, and maintain updated records in the CRM.
- Understand client requirements, budget, preferences, and timelines to match them with appropriate projects.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication to nurture leads and convert inquiries into site visits.
- Sales & Client Conversion
- Schedule, coordinate, and handle site visits, ensuring a professional presentation of projects.
- Deliver project presentations, pricing details, payment plans, and highlight key USPs to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, offers, and terms in line with company guidelines to drive conversions.
- Prepare and present cost sheets, proposals, and booking forms as required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured sales activities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales delivery and reports to management.
- Booking & Documentation & Post-sales
- Assist clients through the entire booking process, including documentation, payment collection, and agreement signing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, CRM) to ensure smooth processing of booking documents.
- Ensure all required client documents (KYC, payment proofs, application forms) are collected and verified.
- Post-Sales Service (Own Clients)
- Act as the single point of contact for clients after booking until handover.
- Coordinate with customer relationship teams for agreement execution, payment reminders, and milestone updates.
- Assist clients with loan processing, bank coordination, and required documentation.
- Address customer queries related to modifications, project updates, timelines, or concerns.
- Proactively provide regular updates on construction progress and ensure strong client engagement.
- Support clients during possession and handover processes, ensuring a positive experience.
- Relationship Building & Market Intelligence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain awareness of market trends, competing projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to represent the company professionally.
