Job Description

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans, analyze market trends, and set sales targets.

Business Development:

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals; manage the full sales cycle.

Client Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, provide ongoing support, and resolve issues.

Sales Execution:

Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed quotas.

Team Leadership:

Mentor junior sales reps, provide guidance, and assist in recruiting efforts.

Reporting:

Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.

Pay: ₹12,127.56 - ₹46,957.49 per month
