- Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Vadodara

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?60,000 + Attractive Incentives

Experience:3 to 20 years

*Education: Graduation in any stream (MBA/Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new customer leads for real estate projects

- Conduct meetings and site visits with clients

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

- Provide complete guidance during the sales process and assist with documentation

- Adopt energetic and goal-oriented sales strategies to meet targets

- Stay updated with market trends and competition

- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support

Qualifications:

- Experience in real estate or sales (preferred)

- Good communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English)

- Pleasant personality and positive attitude

- Two-wheeler with a valid license

- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
