Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, closing deals, and guiding a team to achieve business targets. Strong communication skills, client relationship management, and a proven track record in real estate sales are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings Develop and implement effective sales strategies Monitor team performance and provide regular training/support Coordinate with marketing and management teams to align business goals Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively Goal-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Proficiency in CRM and other sales tools Positive attitude and strong customer service focus
