Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to handle sales activities from our site office. Candidates with experience in bungalow projects or construction companies will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in clients at the site office Conduct property presentations, site tours, and explain project details Understand client requirements and recommend suitable units Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and customer support

Requirements

Minimum

5+ years of experience

in real estate sales Experience in

bungalow projects or construction companies

is an added advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
