Job Description

Scope of work :-



To identify the Key Players form the market by doing market research, competition analysis and to maintain the updated data of all such key accounts Follow-up sales lead and communicate with the direct clients for their sales requirement and pitch our product's USP Coordinate with the back office sales team for sales lead, identify the potential for on boarding new dealers, sub-dealers & distributors Maintain the bond with direct clients to keep them active for repeat orders, Manage the Key accounts Attend Events and Exhibition on behalf of the organization and build a strong customer base through it To work with the management for product and process development/improvement Working with the team in order to complete customer orders according to the decided terms and conditions Working towards achieving the business targets for key accounts To work as a point of contact for customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and ensuring complete customer delight Working with management for sales forecasting, target setting and market analysis Working in compliance with all the company policies, HR policies Managing the MIS for customers and presenting the reports with actionable insights for the same.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
