Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide expert guidance to customers on jewellery products, designs, materials, and pricing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and repeat customers.
Handle client queries, concerns, and special orders with professionalism and attention to detail.
Contribute to visual merchandising, stock display, and store presentation standards.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and coordinate with the back office for billing and inventory updates.
Stay up to date on jewellery trends, materials, gemstones, and design innovations.
Mentor and support junior sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Represent the brand with integrity and uphold the company's reputation for premium service.
Requirements
Minimum
2+ years
of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales.
Strong product knowledge in gold, diamonds, and precious stones.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for luxury service.
Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
