We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective outside sales strategies and account management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2C sales, technology sales, and business development, with a proven ability to generate leads and manage territories effectively. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service and product demonstrations.
Duties
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Provide insights on market trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
Participate in regular sales meetings to report on progress and strategize future initiatives

Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, or business development within a B2C environment.
Strong understanding of technology sales processes
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
Familiarity with territory management techniques and lead generation strategies.
Fluency in : Gujarati
Experience should be :2 to 5 year
