Identify, develop, and manage international business opportunities for pharma products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, distributors, and importers.
Generate new leads through existing contacts, networking, and market research.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with overseas buyers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential regions and customers.
Ensure compliance with all international trade, export documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and international business meetings.
Collaborate with internal departments (production, QA, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
Provide timely reports on sales performance, pipeline, and business strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years' experience
in pharmaceutical international sales/export markets.
Strong network and
direct contacts with overseas clients/importers
.
Good understanding of
export documentation, regulatory affairs, and pharma industry norms
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.
