Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, closing deals, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, customer-focused, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company. Contact and meet with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable products/services. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and build long-term relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management. Keep up to date with product knowledge, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
