Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities via platforms like
Alibaba, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and email
Handle B2B and wholesale inquiries, provide quotations, and close deals independently
Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
Set, achieve, and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Maintain daily sales reports and communicate progress to management
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., CAD, Production, Listing) for smooth order execution
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Represent the company with professionalism in all customer interactions
Train and support junior sales staff when needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the
jewelry or e-commerce industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills in
English and Hindi
Proficiency in tools like
Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, Email, CRM software
Knowledge of platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia is an added advantage
Result-oriented mindset with leadership qualities
Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment
