We are looking for experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executives to join our Real Estate team in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of sales processes, and the ability to handle legal documentation and negotiations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial projects.
Handle client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
Guide clients on legal documentation and complete sales transactions.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of sales.
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of legal documentation and real estate processes.
Proven track record of negotiation and closing sales.
fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati will be an added advantage.
Must be based in Gandhinagar or willing to work there.
