Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify and build strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing customer accounts.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and industry trends.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to enhance customer experience.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Mentor and support junior sales staff to improve overall team performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
1 years of proven sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and develop actionable strategies.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
