Responsibilities
Generate inbound + outbound leads for agency services
Pitch services (content strategy, editing, management, branding) confidently
Handle client calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and closing
Prepare proposals, pricing decks, agreements
Maintain trackers, reports, and team coordination
Build sales systems to improve conversions
Work directly with the founder & operations team
