The Position



To achieve our goals, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join the team. The Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for prospects visiting the centre. To succeed in this role, s/he should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for yoga and wellness. S/he should also have experience in sales and customer service and be able to work independently and as part of a team. A background in marketing or advertising would be a plus. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi.

Specific Duties:



Promote and sell classes, workshops, and retreats to potential clients.

Handle client queries at the centre as well as on various online platforms such as the Lifeyoga website, emails, social media, etc.

Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve the centre's goals and objectives.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the centre's services and increase brand awareness.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop and execute events, promotions, and workshops to attract and retain clients.

Provide feedback to the team on client needs and preferences.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Performs any other duties relevant to the area of function as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skillsets:



We are looking for someone who:

Has 1 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. Has excellent written and spoken English. Has experience working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving. Is a quick learner and can adapt to changing processes and systems.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
