We are a growing paper packaging manufacturing company based in Rai, Sonipat, serving clients in the restaurant, retail, fashion, pharma, and cosmetics sectors. Our eco-friendly, customized packaging solutions cater to a premium B2B clientele across India.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, pitch, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate clients
Strategize and execute market expansion plans
Travel to meet clients (primarily in Delhi NCR & nearby regions)
Build and lead a junior sales support team in the next 6-12 months
Work closely with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution
Provide periodic reports and sales forecasts to management
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B/Corporate Sales in packaging or allied industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong personality, presence, and intelligence
High level of integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in English and Hindi
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Willingness to travel as needed
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Technical & Digital Skills
Candidates with working knowledge of the following will be prioritized:
CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Meet, etc.)
Sales automation tools or lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
AI tools for productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Notion, etc.)
Basic Excel/Google Sheets formulas and data handling
Reporting and pipeline management
