Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - B2B Sales | Female

Job Location: North-West Delhi

Salary Range: ?45,000 - ?65,000 per month (plus incentives)

Industry: Paper Packaging Manufacturing (B2B)

Experience: Minimum 4 years in B2B/Corporate Sales in PACKAGING INDUSTRY or allied products catering to HORECA, FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, Electronics

Reporting To: Founder/Director

Type: Full-time | On-site | over 50% Travel required

We are a growing paper packaging manufacturing company based in Rai, Sonipat, serving clients in the restaurant, retail, fashion, pharma, and cosmetics sectors. Our eco-friendly, customized packaging solutions cater to a premium B2B clientele across India.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end sales process: lead generation, pitch, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing deals Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate clients Strategize and execute market expansion plans Travel to meet clients (primarily in Delhi NCR & nearby regions) Build and lead a junior sales support team in the next 6-12 months Work closely with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution Provide periodic reports and sales forecasts to management
Required Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B/Corporate Sales in packaging or allied industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong personality, presence, and intelligence High level of integrity and professionalism Proficiency in English and Hindi Ability to work independently and take ownership Willingness to travel as needed Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Technical & Digital Skills

Candidates with working knowledge of the following will be prioritized:

CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Meet, etc.) Sales automation tools or lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) AI tools for productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Notion, etc.) Basic Excel/Google Sheets formulas and data handling Reporting and pipeline management
