We're seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Retail Sales Officer to join our team in a Diamond Showroom. As an RSO, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and promoting our diamond jewelry products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and approaching potential customers
- Showcase and demonstrate diamond jewelry products to customers
- Handle customer queries and provide product information
- Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features
- Provide accurate information about diamond jewelry products
- Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in retail sales - jewelry (diamonds)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
