Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Regular cold calls and cold visits to corporate houses and schools primarily in Delhi NCR.
Actively identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities, including travel agents, corporates, premier schools, wellness groups, destination wedding organisers and event planners.
Manage relationships with travel trade partners, online travel agencies (OTAs), and corporate clients.
Plan and execute promotional activities and roadshows across relevant domestic and international markets.
Work closely with the reservations, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment with brand and service standards.
Provide periodic sales reports, market intelligence, and performance analytics to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum of
5-7 years
of experience in sales, preferably in the
luxury hospitality or travel segment
.
Strong network and proven track record of target-based sales achievements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Rishikesh, Kanatal, and other relevant locations.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
