Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, consultants, and contractors.
Understand client requirements and provide customized equipment solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal departments including design, production, and service teams.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment or foodservice industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
