Payment Collection Tasks & Activities Data Sourcing and Management Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedln, Fundoodata, Google search, IndiaMart and from other offline networks of the decision makers of Architects, Interior Contractors, Builders, Lighting dealers, Modular Kitchen dealers, Curtain / blind dealers, Home appliance dealers and mobile phone dealers. Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization Sales Meetings Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client Having effective sales meetings in order to: \xc3\x98 Understand the project infrastructure of the client \xc3\x98 Position Nakshatra as the best choice for the client \xc3\x98 Generate requirements for projects from the client Sales Proposals Create presentations based on the client requirements Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and conduct demo. Sales Conversion Negotiate win-win deals Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines Client Co-ordination Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client Be the interface between the client and the operations team from start to hand-over of the project. Payment follow-ups and collection based on the contract signed with the client. Measurement Metrics 15 Lakh \xe2\x80\x93 Revenue generated per month Payments collected from clients based on the contract terms.
