Responsible for sales and marketing of Certification (CER) products -- mainly QHSE and related services -- within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with BV's Quality, Ethics, and Group policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client processes to prepare accurate quotations and manage the full certification cycle.
Achieve sales targets for new, recertification, training, and new CER products.
Generate and maintain accurate reports and entries in SalesForce.
Network with consultants and expand the client base.
Ensure compliance with BV HSE rules and report any incidents or unsafe conditions.
KPIs:
Achieve sales targets and proposal growth.
Diversify product sales and retain clients.
Improve manday rate and ensure timely ARAMIS updates.
Qualifications:
Graduate (Engineering preferred); MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
5+ years' experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a certification body.
Skills & Attributes:
Go-to-market attitude with strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
Positive, professional, and people-oriented personality.
