The CCTV Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling surveillance and security solutions, including CCTV systems, access control, and related security technologies. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring SIRA compliance in all project proposals and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CCTV and security systems market.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and technical proposals to clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate quotations, proposals, and tender documents as per SIRA and company standards.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and project progress to ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate with the technical team for system design, installation planning, and SIRA documentation.
Stay updated with SIRA regulations, product specifications, and new technologies.
Ensure that all security systems proposed or installed comply with SIRA requirements.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and activity reports.
Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in CCTV or ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) system sales in the UAE.
Certification:
Valid
SIRA Certificate
is mandatory.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, networking, and security systems.
Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, etc.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer orientation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Language:
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Driving License:
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Number of new clients acquired.
Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Timely and accurate completion of SIRA documentation.
Compensation:
Competitive basic salary + commission structure.
