Popular Mega Motors is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Sales Officer
to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, developing customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent product knowledge, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Handle end-to-end vehicle sales process -- from inquiry to delivery.
Identify and develop new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and online platforms.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for prospective customers.
Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.
Maintain accurate sales reports, DSR (Daily Sales Report), and CRM entries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotions and events.
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in automobile sales or a similar field (3+ years).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of automotive products and local market dynamics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in dealer or showroom sales
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Multilingual communication skills (as per region)
