- Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their businessr
- Make individual agents grow at least by 20% Year On Yearr
- Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agentsr
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applicationsr
- Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy servicesr
- To recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins businessr
- Train agents on products, process and USP s of Co.r

- Minimum 2 year Sales experience.r
- Good comminication skill.r
- Any graduation.r
- Age upto 40 year.r
