Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve organizational objectives and identify new sales opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing support and recommending profit improvements.

Sales Cycle Management

: Identify prospects, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize profits.

Market & Industry Knowledge

: Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions to identify product improvements and new opportunities.

Reporting & Forecasting

: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members and share best practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,364.40 per month
