We are hiring a

Senior Sales Executive

for our operations in

Bongaigaon, Assam

. The ideal candidate should come with hands-on experience in

building materials sales

, a strong industry network, and the drive to build and grow business in the

Assam and Northeast market

.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through strong connections with

Architects, Builders, Contractors, Interior Designers, and Dealers

Build and manage a reliable

dealer/distributor network

in and around Bongaigaon Identify and develop

private and government project opportunities

Conduct strategic

territory mapping

based on segment, application, and business potential Consistently meet and exceed

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum

4 years of sales experience

in

Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate

Strong network of

channel partners, architects, contractors, and influencers

Demonstrated success in

business development, client handling, and sales closures

Highly

motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel within the assigned region
