We are hiring a

Senior Sales Executive

with proven experience in the

Building Materials industry

to drive sales growth and market expansion in

Barpeta and surrounding areas

. The ideal candidate will be well-connected with a strong dealer/distributor network and a background in handling private and government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop business through

Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Dealers

Expand and manage a strong

dealer/distributor network

across Assam and Northeast Identify, track, and pursue

private and government project opportunities

Conduct in-depth

territory mapping

based on segment, application, and market potential Achieve and exceed

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular feedback to the management team

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum

4 years of experience

in

Sales

(preferably in

Building Materials, Construction, or Real Estate

sector) Strong network of

Architects, Builders, Contractors, Channel Partners, and Distributors

Proven ability in

business development, negotiations, and relationship management

Highly

self-motivated

, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
