Job Description

We are Looking for Only Experienced Candidates in the field of Building Materials such as Sanitary, Plumbing, Hardware or Electrical items. Candidates Should have their Vehicle & be willing to travel.





Sales & Market Visit Responsibilities:



Visit retailers daily based on area-wise route plans. Meet distributors and primary dealers once a week to plan secondary sales. Visit sub-dealers and retailers regularly to strengthen market presence.

Sales Target & Collection Responsibilities:



Achieve monthly primary sales targets through distributors. Drive monthly secondary sales targets in the assigned territory. Ensure monthly payment collections as per target.

Network Expansion & Promotion:



Expand retailer network in the assigned area. Execute promotional schemes to boost sales and visibility. Organize plumber meets and local marketing activities to promote products. Distribute scheme gifts and occasional event giveaways.

Team & Strategy Responsibilities:



Guide and manage the on-roll sales team for consistent performance. Conduct weekly meetings with the sales team. Implement sales and marketing strategies to support distributor growth. Ensure shop branding and issue dealer certificates as required.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
