Role: Senior Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive for both domestic and international sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives are met.
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and the status of competition.
  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat or calls during business hours.
  • Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and target reports in CRM.
  • Set up a demo session with the potential customers to convert them.
  • Work with CXOs to plan and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to network with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Plan, attend, and represent the company at promotional events.
  • Understanding of the human resource function.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, HR Tech domain.
  • Proven experience as a sales professional consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • A go-getter who has strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Experience scaling businesses worth $5 million to $10 million.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience\'s needs.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
