Research markets to learn about competitors, consumers, and target markets
Identify prospects and generate leads
Contact customers by phone, email, or in person
Make sales presentations to demonstrate product benefits
Client relations
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries
Create and maintain customer relationship management data
