Client Handling & Relationship Management
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Handle queries, concerns, and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the sales process.
Residential Sales & Business Development
Negotiate and close deals with prospective buyers.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field activities.
Market Research
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Provide feedback and insights to management for business planning.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain client interaction records, sales reports, and visit updates.
Ensure all documentation related to sales transactions is accurate and complete.
Team & Coordination
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Graduate in any field
Experience: 1 year of field sales, client handling, and residential property sales.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and customer preferences.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software will be an added advantage.
