Telesales Executive (Sales Associate)
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company products and services.
Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads through strategic prospecting and effective communication.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to support ongoing sales growth.
Provide accurate and timely product information, pricing details, and support to clients.
Follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the market landscape.
Participate in regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
