Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth in the birds (poultry) segment across Gujarat.
Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients (distributors, poultry farms, etc.).
Promote and sell birds-related products such as feed, supplements, chicks, and equipment.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to optimize sales tactics.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, technical support) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Participate in poultry trade shows, exhibitions, and farmer meets.
