Kavish Infra Realty is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

female sales executive

with a strong background in

insurance sales

. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, disciplined in follow-ups, and capable of handling a high volume of client interactions daily. This role requires commitment, field visits, and virtual meetings to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

minimum 25 site visits

or

25 Zoom meetings

with clients per month. Make

100 follow-up and cold calls daily

to prospective clients. Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers. Understand customer needs and offer the best property investment options. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales operations. Deliver sales targets set by the management consistently. Maintain a professional and confident approach in all communication.

Prior experience in insurance sales

. Excellent communication and strong convincing skills. Ability to speak confidently and handle objections effectively. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Zoom, etc.).
